The Hertz Corporation is rolling out Simply Wheelz by Hertz, a new company under the Hertz brand that puts travelers in the driver's seat with faster, easier and more affordable access to today's most popular rental cars. With low, competitive rates starting at $15 a weekend day (with a 2-day minimum keep) and $94 a week, Simply Wheelz offers an easy-to-use website for reservations (www.SimplyWheelz.com) and an advanced self-service rental machine to rent and return vehicles. Simply Wheelz will accept online reservations beginning August 1, 2007 for rentals at its initial location in Orlando, Florida beginning September 1, 2007.

Designed for online customers who seek low prices from recognized companies, Simply Wheelz makes car rental economical and hassle-free. Customers reserve one of the 8 vehicle types offered online and, when arriving at the Simply Wheelz airport location, customers rent cars using a self-service rental machine similar to those used by the airlines. The one-stop self-service rental machine scans a bar code from the printed web reservation and scans the renter's driver's license, the customer selects a few additional options -- such as any additional drivers and insurance/waiver options -- and then the machine assigns a vehicle and prints the rental agreement. Once the rental transaction is completed at the machine, customers go straight to their car and proceed off the lot. It's that simple!

--  A selection of the most popular types of new, well-maintained rental
    cars from all major car classes is available,
--  A portable version of NeverLost®, Hertz's GPS navigation system, and
    child seats are available,
--  24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance is available,
--  There are minimum keep requirements for Simply Wheelz reservations,
--  Hertz #1 Club and #1 Club Gold service are not available, and
--  Cars from the Hertz Prestige, Fun and Green Collections are not
    available in the Simply Wheelz fleet.
