Winfield Resources Limited: Letter of Interest
WINFIELD RESOURCES LIMITED (TSX VENTURE: WWF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has have received a non-binding Letter of Interest from SK Engineering & Construction, of Seoul, South Korea, to participate in the Company's proposed new refinery projects in Libya and Tunisia; as previously announced in News Releases dated July 4 & 17, 2007; on an exclusive engineering, procuring and construction basis.
Upon the acceptance of the Company's proposals to build, own and operate oil refineries by the responsible Authorities in Libya and Tunisia, the Company and SK Engineering & Construction will negotiate the terms of definitive agreements.
SK Engineering & Constructions is a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction corporation within the oil and gas sector.
Both Libyan and Tunisian Authorities have requested two confirmations from WINFIELD RESOURCES LIMITED; Financial Capacity and Subcontracting Engineering and Construction references.
The SK Engineering & Construction Letter of Interest answers engineering and construction references.
