Ebenefits Direct, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EBFD) announced today that it has closed on its acquisition of L.A. Marketing Plans, LLC. With the closing of this acquisition, Ebenefits anticipates that the newly acquired subsidiary will have gross billing revenues of over $27,000,000.00 with net revenues of about $1,400,000.00 in fiscal year 2007, and this is based upon a 15% increase in gross billing and net revenues for 2006. The Company expects that its membership will grow from its current 2006 level of over 56,000 to greater than 64,000 by the end 2007.
