ATI Petroleum (ATIP) officially listed on the NYSE/EURONEXT

At 17:00 p.m. Paris time, July 3, 2007, the securities of ATI Petroleum (a member of the ATI group) were officially listed on the NYSE/Euronext. On July 6, 2007, Europe Finance et Industrie (EFI) - a European underwriter, will ensure that ATI Petroleum will trade the necessary number of initial shares at a nominal price. ATIP stock will officially begin trading on the NYSE-EURONEXT Stock Exchange on July 9, 2007.

ATIP's board of Management, together with support from EFI, has ensured that ATIP becomes the first American petroleum company owned by a Vietnamese to be listed on the NYSE/Euronext. ATIP conservatively expects that its stock will settle at a price of 10 - 15 euros.

On this occasion, ATIP officially announces its investment plans for petroleum and uranium mining. Its main projects include:

- exploring and exploiting oil and gas blocks 102 and 106 in Gulf of Tonkin - Vietnam.

- Developing oil and gas blocks in Ghana and Tunisia.

- Signing product sharing contracts (PSC) for two oil and gas blocks in Guinea Bissau.

- Signing a PSC for two oil and gas blocks in Cambodia.

- Signing a PSC for one oil and gas block in Cote d'Ivoire.

- Acquiring four uranium mines in Niger.

ATIP will gradually transform these projects into production assets in order to increase ATIP's overall asset value.
