Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) 2007 Global Alumni Conference Kicks Off With the First Ever Women Alumni Event

WHAT:

The Indian Institute of Technology hosts its first ever IIT Women Alumni Event at the Santa Clara Hyatt, which will focus on the increasing number of IIT female alumni and their successes in a predominantly male environment. Speakers will discuss how they have translated their unique experience into academic, business, government and non-profit environments. Interactive workshops will encourage women to be more vocal on issues concerning women, and lead to the formation of a formal network for IIT women. The IIT Women Alumni Day will initiate a new professional network of women alumni, through compelling keynotes, presentations, panels on career management, and workshop activities.
