PCS Edventures! Announces Resignation of Christina Vaughn

PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. (OTCBB: PCSV) announced on Monday, June 18, 2007 that Christina M. Vaughn, former Vice President and CFO and current Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, has resigned from PCS.

"We are saddened to see Christy leave us after seven years at PCS. We will certainly miss her solid counsel and steady hand," said Tony Maher, PCS CEO. "There is no question we are better today than we were when she first started in our reporting as CFO, mentoring of our current CFO, Shannon Wilson, and in our compliance as CCO. However, I also understand and support her answering a higher calling and that is full-time devotion to motherhood and attending to personal investments."

Mrs. Vaughn said, "It's time for me to go from the challenges of a corporation to the challenges of a 2 1/2-year-old boy. I am very confident in Shannon's abilities to carry on as CFO/CCO as her performance has been outstanding. I am very fond of PCS and the people who work there and I would not have retired unless someone as talented and capable as Shannon was taking over my position."
