NASA Updates Time for Atlantis, Station Crew News Conference

The time for a news conference on Saturday, June 16, with the 10 astronauts and cosmonauts flying aboard the space shuttle Atlantis and the International Space Station has been updated to 6:43 p.m. CDT. Media representatives at participating NASA locations will be able to ask questions during the news conference. Journalists should contact their local field center to confirm its availability.

During Atlantis' STS-117 mission, a new segment has been attached to the station's backbone, and new solar arrays have been deployed to prepare the station for the future delivery of European and Japanese laboratories.
