Bringing all of these good things together is quite a job, but "The Art of Life" event has managed to do just that. Guest Artist, Eric Christensen, joins with Fike Studio and their wonderful art collection to showcase his wonderful work. At the same time and place, Tyler Stone, Sacramento's infamous prodigy chef is challenged to create recipes to match up with Procissi Cellars' unique vintage wines. This is where you and I come in. We are the friends - known and unknown - getting together to taste the food, taste the wine, enjoy the art and talk amongst ourselves and with the fine artists and craftsmen. Isn't that what life's all about? But wait - there's more! The Art of Life gathering is also about helping others. Their mission is more than to introduce people to great pairings, it is to help others in life. One of Tyler Stone's causes is WIND, The Sacramento Youth Services, and the $20 per person donation, $25 for couples, helps homeless young people find their path in life.
