Environmental Control Corporation Joins Industry-Leading Trade Association
Environmental Control Corporation ("EVCC")
(OTCBB: EVCC) is pleased to announce that it has joined the Manufacturers
of Emission Controls Association (MECA). MECA is the leading spokesperson
for the motor vehicle emission control industry in North America, who's
mission is "To provide technical information on emission controls, thereby
facilitating the establishment of strong and effective state, national, and
international air quality policy that promotes public health, environmental
quality, and industrial progress."
Albert Hickman, President and CEO of Environmental Control Corporation,
commented: "We are very pleased to join the Manufacturers of Emission
Controls Association, as it is the most recognized trade organization in
the industry. The benefits in joining this association will be threefold:
One -- EVCC will gain access to the latest regulation developments in North
America and other markets; Two -- the company will gain greater
opportunities to participate in industry test programs that demonstrate the
performance and durability of our catalyst technology, and Three -- we will
have the opportunity to network and build mutually-beneficial relationships
with a wide variety of emission control developers. This is a great step
forward for the company, and we are hopeful it will have a significant
impact on EVCC's exposure within related industries."
