Go the Extra Mile for your Customer

Every provider of a product or service needs to wake up each morning ready to pull the proverbial rabbit out of a hat. It's that winning attitude, that willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, go the extra mile, that separates the great entrepreneurs from the mediocre, and those who build vibrant businesses from those who scrape by. Or not.

Your clients or customers aren't the only ones who benefit from this attitude. If you work hard and look under every rock for ways to pull a rabbit out of your hat, you will be digging deep within yourself, as well.
