GeneThera to Institute Strategic Plan
The Mezey Howarth Group has been retained
to assist GeneThera, Inc. (OTCBB: GTHA) in increasing the shareholder value of the company. Mezey Howarth is
working with GeneThera to create and institute a corporate plan that will
increase the shareholder value of the company.
The initial focus of Mezey Howarth is to investigate companies that have
increasing revenues and positive cash flow in the heath care field and/or
biotech field as possible acquisition targets for GeneThera. The
acquisition will be the first step of the overall plan where shareholder
value is increased through growing revenues, increasing margins, maximizing
return on assets and effective governance.
"To maximize shareholder wealth, management must generate, evaluate, and
select business strategies that will increase the value of the company,"
said J. Wade Mezey of The Mezey Howarth Group. "The ability to grow a
company through an acquisition is extremely beneficial when there is a
synergy business fit and a detailed integration plan is in place."
"The value of any company is a function of the future cash flows it is
expected to generate," said Mezey. "As such we have begun developing and
implementing a strategic plan with GeneThera with that in mind. The targets
we have been in contact with all have doubled their revenues in each of the
past three years and are profitable."
"We are excited by the preliminary discussions we have had with potential
acquisition targets for GeneThera but an acquisition is only the first
step," said Paul Howarth of The Mezey Howarth Group. "The company must
institute a strategic plan that includes maximizing the companies return on
its assets and effective governance."
"We are excited about the bright future of GeneThera as it propels its
strategic growth plan," said Mezey.
