Gartner Evaluates Elluminate for Its Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

Gartner Research Vice President Jeffrey Mann assessed more than 14 Web conferencing vendors according to each vendor's ability to execute and completeness of vision. Among the criteria evaluated were the company's innovation, market understanding, product viability, customer experience and vertical/industry strategy. Mann's analysis of these specific criteria was then depicted as a graphical representation of the Web conferencing marketplace at and for a specific time period.
