Sinclair Pharma plc presenting at Rodman & Renshaw 4th Annual Global Healthcare Conference and BioEquity Europe 2007

9 May, Godalming, UK - Sinclair Pharma plc (LSE: SPH.L), the international specialty pharmaceutical company today announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Dr Michael Flynn, and Chief Financial Officer Jerry Randall, will be presenting at the Rodman & Renshaw 4th Annual Global Healthcare Conference in Monte Carlo on 15th May 2007 at 10.50am. The presentation will be available via a webcast, at http://www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq11/sph.ln.

Dr Flynn will also be presenting at the BioEquity Europe 2007 conference in Glasgow. The presentation will be given at 9.55am on 22nd May 2007.
