Shepherd Brings Established Relationships With Military and Law Enforcement to Security With Advanced Technology

that Mike Shepherd will serve as its senior sales executive.
In his role, Shepherd is responsible for executing sales and marketing
strategies across SWAT's four business divisions as well as closing large
deals and forming long-term strategic relationships with law enforcement,
military, Fortune 500 companies and school districts. Shepherd will also be
responsible for sales of SWAT's new AgileMesh products, rapidly deployable
video surveillance systems that are strategically designed for first
responders including local police departments, fire departments and
emergency response units, to immediately gain video footage from inside
buildings, such as schools during a crisis situation.

Over the past 20 years, Shepherd has worked as a corporate trainer,
director of Corporate Training, senior sales director and executive, and
senior sales account manager for Fortune 500 companies including Wells
Fargo, Merck, Amgen, Fortune Brands and KPMG, as well as the United States
Air Force, law enforcement agencies, and small Colorado businesses. He has
successfully managed a nationally distributed sales team, developed and
managed global accounts, averaged over $1 million annually in new business
and managed $1 million annually in recurring revenue, in addition to
negotiating large contracts including a $30 million three-year contract of
recurring revenue with a client globally distributed in 4,900 locations.
His product focus has been in the area of educational curriculum, human
resource software, IT network systems, mesh technology and video
surveillance. He has also trained thousands of executives as a corporate
trainer with a focus on soft skills training such as "Situational
Leadership," by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard.
Shepherd holds a Master of Arts in Education from Southwestern University
in Fort Worth, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Tennessee
Temple University in Chattanooga, Tenn.
