European Collaboration Services Market Forecast to Hit $1 Billion in 5 Years
New Study From Wainhouse Research Details 12 Local European Markets

Wainhouse Research's (WR) latest study on the
European Collaboration Services Market forecasts that audio, video, and web
collaboration services will grow from $724 million in 2006 to $1 billion in
2011, with a compound annual growth rate of 7%.
Much of the increase for collaboration services will be fueled by a
continued demand for unattended audio and web conferencing services. The
European market will also be driven by an increase in higher priced
operator-assisted services for larger group meetings and events. A key
finding of the study is significant growth in the Nordic region, with
Norway realizing audio minute volume growth of 41% over the last year.
Most other markets experienced double digit minute growth with the UK,
Europe's largest market, realizing 23% growth.
