Folsom Garden Club Seventh Annual "Spring Garden Tour"

The Folsom Garden Club, established in 1934, holds its seventh Annual Spring Garden Tour on Sunday, April 29, 2007 between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The tradition is carried on by offering a Tour of six charming gardens, each one unique and yet all designed around Folsom's demanding climate and terrain.
I toured all six gardens on Wednesday afternoon and they are all beautiful and well worth the short trip. The map is easy to follow. The plants are all cooperating and will be in full bloom on Sunday.
All proceeds benefit Folsom Garden Club community projects including a scholarship fund.
The Garden Tour is Self Guided. Tickets, which include a map are available on the day of the tour, from The Folsom History Museum at 823 Sutter Street in Historic Folsom, at all the gardens and at selected businesses prior to the tour.
