Skyflyer Inc. (OTCBB: SKFL) (the "Company") announced today that Franz Dombrowa and Alfred Weiss have agreed to assist the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Skyflyer Technology GmbH, develop a marketing plan and strategy for its flying machine.

While the expert technical team being assembled by Skyflyer Technology works on the technical development of the flying machine prototype, Mr. Dombrowa will work on developing marketing materials to be presented to theme park and leisure facility operators. Mr. Weiss will act as a liaison with local members of the public sector in an effort to ensure that Skyflyer Technology is able to obtain any necessary bureaucratic approvals in a timely manner. Mr. Dombrowa feels that the marketing prospects for Skyflyer Technology's flying device are very positive, commenting that: "As soon as the prototype for the Skyflyer has been developed, I believe that Skyflyer Technology will have potential customers beating a path to its door." Mr. Weiss, commenting on his role, stated: "To ensure that Skyflyer Technology is able to obtain the necessary bureaucratic approvals quickly and efficiently, we will try to involve governmental authorities as early as possible."

Franz Dombrowa has occupied management posts with major theme parks such as Warner Bros. Movie World and Disneyland Paris and now provides consulting services to the leisure industry through his own firm, Carpiem. Alfred Weiss, on the other hand, has held a number of public positions in municipal marketing and has experience promoting local businesses. About Skyflyer Technology GmbH:

Skyflyer Technology is in the process of developing a one to two-seater recreational VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) flying machine that is expected to serve as a "flying go-kart". Skyflyer Technology expects that its "flying go-kart" will be usable either outdoors, within an electronically zoned-off flight area, or indoors. The vehicle is being designed to be used by members of the general public without the need for extensive training. Skyflyer Technology's plan to have the "flying go-kart" usable indoors will require the design and construction of highly sophisticated steering and control systems and is also the reason why Skyflyer Technology plans to have the vehicle fitted with a high-precision internal positioning system.

Skyflyer Technology GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skyflyer Inc., a Nevada corporation. Skyflyer Inc.'s shares are traded in the United States on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB: SKFL) and in Germany on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN: A0LCMC, ISIN: US83082R1077).
