Louis A. Mole Adds 19 Years of Business Development and Capture Strategy Experience to the Company

Multimax, Inc. -- the premier resource for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies -- announced today the appointment of Dr. Louis A. Mole as Vice President, Capture Management. In this position, Dr. Mole will plan and execute winning acquisition strategies to capture new Multimax business in the federal civilian, defense, and intelligence business sectors.

A senior executive in the federal IT community, Dr. Mole brings to Multimax nearly 19 years of demonstrated success in winning new federal IT business, and in pertinent program management and advanced systems development disciplines. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Strategic Programs with QSS Group, Inc., where he was responsible for developing marketing and business development initiatives to capture aerospace and IT business within the federal defense and intelligence communities. Dr. Mole's prior experience includes executive-level positions with Signal Corporation, Planning Systems, Inc., and QuesTech, Inc.

"We are thrilled that Lou has joined Multimax as part of our business development team to lead proposal and capture management activities," said Carleton Jones, CEO of Multimax. "I have known Lou for a number of years and can attest to his standing and record of success in the IT community. He is exactly the right addition to our business development group at this time."

"I am very excited to join Multimax -- particularly at a time when the company's outstanding past performance track record is clearly recognized by government customers," Dr. Mole said. "Multimax's new contract wins in recent months -- Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions -- 2 Services (ITES-2S), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE), and DHS FirstSource -- coupled with its strong reputation for meeting customer requirements, makes this a dream job for an executive capture manager. I look forward to working with the federal IT community, Multimax's business development and executive teams, and our industry partners in meeting the government's mission-critical enterprise IT and communications requirements."

Dr. Mole is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Association of Old Crows (AOC), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He has a Ph.D. in Engineering from The Catholic University of America, and Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Physics from John Carroll University.
