Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Toll Brothers, Inc. ("Toll Brothers" or the "Company") (NYSE: TOL) between December 9, 2004 and November 8, 2005, inclusive (the "Class Period").
