Media Advisory/REMINDER: Labour Leaders to Join Party Leaders to Promote EI Reform


OTTAWA, ONTARIO - (CCNMatthews - April 16, 2007) - Leaders from Canada and Quebec largest labour organizations along with representatives of unemployed workers will join leaders from the three opposition parties in the House of Commons to promote the Employment Insurance reform proposed in Bill C-269, that has the endorsement of all three parties.

Attending and speaking: Gilles Duceppe, Leader of the Bloc Quebecois, Jack Layton, Leader of the New Democratic Party of Canada and a representative of the Liberal Party of Canada.
