Media Advisory: Canada's New Government to Announce Funding for Renewable Energy Production in Manitoba

OTTAWA, ONTARIO - (CCNMatthews - April 12, 2007) - Merv Tweed, Member of Parliament for Brandon-Souris, on behalf of the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, will be in Brandon, April 13, to announce funding for renewable energy production in Manitoba under the Biofuels Opportunities for Producers Initiative.
