QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC - (CCNMatthews - April 11, 2007) - The Minister of National Defence Gordon O'Connor and Minister of Public Works and Government Services Michael Fortier, along with the Chief of the Defence Staff General Rick Hillier will make an announcement on procurement initiatives to support Canadian Forces operations.
