Media Advisory/AAFC: Minister Strahl to Address Canada Grains Council
OTTAWA, ONTARIO - (CCNMatthews - April 2, 2007) - The Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, will attend the Canada Grains Council Annual Meeting in Winnipeg on Tuesday, April 3. He will speak about the results of the barley plebiscite and the government's intentions on marketing choice. The Minister will be available to speak to media following his address.
