MP Western Properties Inc. (Formerly Fuel Cell Technologies Corporation) Announces 2006 Earnings

The Company is reporting Income from Continuing Operations before Provision for Income Taxes of $3.0 million for 2006 and Net Income from Continuing Operations of $10.7 million. These results are based on nine months operations as a real estate company after completion of the Plan of Arrangement April 1, 2006.

MP Western Properties Inc. owns 17 commercial and industrial properties totalling over 988,000 square feet of rentable space located in the Whistler and Lower Mainland area of Vancouver. All properties are 100% leased.
