She has chosen not to do so."��Dr. Horning declined to name a successor Ms Worldwide 2006, saying "we will release that information when it is appropriate." ��Classic Ms Worldwide 2006, Dawna Heising, is relinquishing her title as Classic Ms Worldwide.
