Across America Begins Funding of Boston's The Gourmet Pizza for Charmar Property

Across America Real Estate Corp. (OTCBB: AARD) has closed on funding of a Boston's The Gourmet Pizza property through efforts with continued business partner, Charmar Property Acquisitions, Inc. This deal marks the first in 2007 of several projects planned between these companies with a number of future Boston's The Gourmet Pizza developments expected over the next year.

This is a redevelopment of an existing 6,400-square-foot property located at 2501 Lamar Blvd. in Arlington, Texas. The location is at the main entrance of Six Flags, Texas Rangers Stadium, and the new Dallas Cowboys football stadium. Across America Real Estate Corp. believes that this location will be superb for this casual-dining restaurant and sports bar concept.
