Nepal's Government Has Lost Mandate to Rule
By Bishal Bikram Shah
The Nepali Nationalists Organization condemns the present Nepali government for failing to address the lawlessness and complete disorder in Nepal.
The government has already lost its mandate to run the country. It has no right to hold the election to the Constituent Assembly which will provide the terrorist organization, Maoists and its few terrorist leaders like Pushpa Kamal Dahal a.k.a. Prachanda and Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai, a clean slate from being prosecuted by an international tribunal.
If the people of Nepal are sovereign and supreme, they should have a voice to decide through referendum whether to hold Constituent Assembly elections or not. Likewise, the Nepali people should decide on the fate of the Monarchy and Hindu nation.
It is not the puppets of India, Pushpa Kamal, Babu Ram, Madhav Nepal, Girija P. Koirala, Deuba, Surya Bahadur or Pashupati Rana who are the ultimate deciders for 30 million Nepali citizens.
The Nepali Nationalists Organization (NNO) demands an immediate action against the Maoist hooligans who were involved in beating Mr. Hari Shrestha, a prominent businessman. In addition, action should be taken against Prachanda for provoking the beating of Mr. Shrestha.
NNO also demands that the problems of people living in Terai should be resolved immediately. They are first class Nepali citizens like all others and their genuine demands must be fulfilled without a second thought.
On behalf of the Nepali Nationalists Organization,
New York, USA,
Chairman, Bishal Bikram Shah
