Migao Corporation Appoints Paul Haber to the Board of Directors

Migao Corporation (TSX VENTURE: MGO), a leading producer of specialty potash fertilizers for the Chinese market, is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Haber has been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Paul Haber brings senior financial experience to Migao as well as a successful track record for growing companies from a strategic, operational and financial standpoint. Mr. Haber is currently Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of QuStream Corporation, a TSX Venture listed company. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Protana Inc. (formerly MDS Proteomics Inc.). Mr. Haber is currently serving on the Board and Audit Committee of TSX-listed South American Silver Corp.

Migao Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, owns and operates fertilizer production plants in strategic locations throughout China for the production and sale of potassium nitrate and potassium sulphate to the Chinese domestic agricultural market.
