INNfinity Hospitality Systems New V2 Property Management Software Selected by Coastal Hotel Group

INNfinity Hospitality Systems was selected by
Coastal Hotel Group to provide its new "V2" property management system for
the historic Delta King riverboat hotel in Sacramento, California, reports
Doug Kerr, Vice President for INNfinity.
Says Kerr, "INNfinity software stands to completely revolutionize the
hospitality industry with an innovative, unique, and easy-to-use one-screen
design and interactive reporting system. Combining state-of-the-art
technology only recently released from Microsoft with software developed by
people who have worked at all levels of the hospitality industry, INNfinity
clients are guaranteed an experience that is hotel-centric with the
technology to back it up."
"One of the key factors in picking INNfinity," according to Janelle
Cornett, Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Coastal Hotel Group,
"is the V2 software really is easy to use. And when we needed a
custom-designed screen for our Best Available Rates, INNfinity's lead
developer, Beverly McCabe, made it happen. It's nice when our vendors pay
attention to your needs. The people at INNfinity really listen."
Adds Ed Schwitzky, Coastal's SVP Sales & Marketing, "Interfaces with other
systems are extremely important in choosing property management software,
and INNfinity already has interfaces with several of our key vendors,
including SynXis and returnity. Property management systems
inherently are accounting tools; it's important to Coastal Hotel Group that
we have software that adapts equally well for marketing initiatives."

About the Delta King
The Delta King, an authentic 285-foot riverboat, is a complete
entertainment complex, with its 44 classic staterooms, famed Pilothouse
Restaurant, and eight function rooms plus decks and landings providing more
than 11,000 square feet of unparalleled banquet and meeting space. Together
with its identical twin, the Delta Queen, the ships were christened on May
20, 1927 and began their daily river voyages between San Francisco and
Sacramento. These royal vessels reigned on the Sacramento River until the
late 1930s, when the depression and World War II signaled the end of the
stern wheel era. In 1989, following a nine-million-dollar five-year long
total renovation, the Delta King was returned to its original glory and
reintroduced as the monarch of the Sacramento River. Today the Delta King
is permanently moored in Old Sacramento, one of America's
finest restored historical areas boasting river-front parks, museums and
galleries, plus more than two-hundred specialty shops and restaurants. For
