Crossfire War - Delhi Watch - South Asia Theatre: Delhi/Dhaka - Islamabad - Teheran - Kabul - Beijing; India BSF Units Accused of Unprovoked Fire at Bangladesh Patrol for Second Day
Night Watch: AGROVOLAT - UNB reports that for the second day Dhaka has accused Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) of unprovoked firing at a Bangladesh BDR patrol. Relations between India/Bangladesh are nearly as hostile as between India/Pakistan. Delhi even stated, as a a result of its investigation into the Mumbai train bombings last July, that some of the Islamic terrorists were trained in Bangladesh. India has also demanded Bangladesh close the training camps for Islamic militants as they have demanded of Pakistan. [

Islamic groups in both countries are waiting for the signal to launch more attacks. Though winter may have slowed down the action in Jammu-Kashmir it is the dry season in the Bay of Bengal region, which will continue through April. Despite the chaos of Bangladesh national politics Islamic units that support the Jihad are extremely influential and have official contact with the country's military. No government coalition can rule without major participation by Islamic fundamentalist organizations. [KASHMIROBSERVER]
Dhaka may eventually respond with more than just a strong diplomatic protest and fighting could actually begin here while everyone expects it to start in Kashmir.
