View Systems Recaps Activities

View Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VYST), a leading
homeland defense solutions provider, has issued a review of the past six
months.
SecureScan is fast becoming the choice concealed weapons detection system
across the country. In the last six months, View Systems has placed
multiple units in Maryland, California, Texas, Ohio, Washington, D.C. and
Indiana. These locations are mainly correctional facilities and
courthouses.
R&D 100 Award Winner, Visual First Responder (VFR), continues as an
in-demand product with 15 ordered and 10 delivered this year, the balance
to be delivered in the first quarter of 2007. The new
'better-faster-cheaper' VFR Mobile Multi-Mission (VFR-M3) has growing
interest and will enter the market in the first quarter of '07.
Important Accomplishments to Date:
-- Three dozen SecureScan units delivered to Maryland Correctional
Facilities with more on order
-- California opened up as a vast market for View Systems with over 21
SecureScans installed and 34 on order
-- SecureScan market opened up in two counties in Texas with more on

accessories on order

recognition

Baltimore Area" in the Baltimore Business Journal

the Baltimore Business Journal, Innovation: America's Journal of Technology
Commercialization and Star-Ledger
-- SecureScan used for president's conference second year in a row
-- Entered into agreement with the Riderwood Group to locate capital and
to actively seek out acquisitions
The past six months have been comprised of extensive new product
development. View entered into Phase II of integrating nuclear radiation
sensor technology with the SecureScan. When complete, this integration will
improve and enhance the SecureScan by broadening its detection capabilities
to include nuclear radiation as well as magnetic sensing. In September,
View unveiled its versatile new product, the LAW Handheld Metal Detector.
The LAW is the most highly sensitive handheld technology on the market
today and was added to View's product line due to great demand from its
existing correctional facility client base. View's latest product, Cell
Phone Intercept Apparatus (C.I.A.), has been demonstrated to corrections
personnel and is already a sought-after item with expected sales exceeding
$1,000,000 this year.
View Systems' CEO, Gunther Than, stated, "We exceeded last year's sales by
several hundred thousand dollars. We have been executing our business plan
successfully quarter after quarter. We have consistently delivered product
on a steady basis. Our current backorders are well over $600,000 with about
twice that in the pipe. We expect to develop the California market more
rapidly this year than last. We have penetrated the Midwest region through
Ohio and Indiana and are moving into Texas. With sales increasing and costs
holding steady, the company is growing stronger. Our international efforts
have been rewarded with sales and further orders. We are in the process of
establishing a distribution center in the Gulf countries. Our sales have
been a mix of military, state and commercial. Our supply line has been
consolidated and we expect to be manufacturing our new products by midyear.
We have been in continuing negotiations with our target acquisitions and
feel that at least one of these will be consummated by the end of the
second quarter."
