Across America Real Estate Corp. (OTCBB: AARD) has signed a non-binding letter of intent to finance the purchase and development of 6 new Family Dollar Stores in the United States. The average size of each project is anticipated to be approximately $1 million.

The Company signed this agreement with Suburban Group Development, LLC who has 6 Family Dollar Stores planned for development over the next year. Family Dollar currently operates approximately 6,200 stores in a contiguous 44-state area ranging from the northeast to Maine, the southeast to Florida, the northwest as far as Idaho and the southwest to Arizona.
