Pinetree Capital Ltd. Appoints Vice President, Investments
Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP), a Canadian investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Donato Sferra, CFA, CA, as Pinetree's Vice President, Investments. In this newly created position, Mr. Sferra will be an integral member of the Pinetree executive management team, where he will be instrumental in the evaluation and management of Pinetree's investment portfolio.
For the past five years, Mr. Sferra was an analyst with the investment arm of a Canadian bank. Previously he had practiced as a Chartered Accountant for one of the top Global accounting firms.
Mr. Inwentash, Pinetree's CEO stated, "The addition of Donato to our management team is an important step in our evolution. Our portfolio of investments has grown significantly over the last few years and the addition of a professional of Donato's calibre will provide considerable strength as we evaluate new investment opportunities and manage our existing portfolio."
