Shine Advertising Co. Resigns GoDaddy.com Account
Agency Resigns Client Engagement Because of Creative Differences

After being named as agency of record in the
fourth quarter of 2006, Shine Advertising Co. has resigned the Go Daddy®
account over creative differences. "As I previously stated when we won the
account, we were extremely excited to be able to work on such an
outstanding brand," said Curt Hanke, co-founder and account director for
Shine. "Unfortunately, at this time, our creative differences appear to be
simply irreconcilable."
Shine, who won the account in a creative shootout that included agencies
from both New York and Los Angeles, was initially charged with the
development of new television spots for Super Bowl® XLI, as well as
interactive and viral marketing components. The creative being produced for
the Super Bowl® will not be the work product of Shine.
Shine Advertising Co., headquartered in Madison, Wis., helps build both
established and up-and-coming brands such as Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
