Iraqi National Police Raid Nets Weapons, Six Suspects
Iraqi national Policemen from the 6th Brigade 2nd Division INP seized two weapons caches and detained six men after two-days of operations in the al Doura neighborhood of the Iraqi capital Dec 7.
Early morning raids netting the capture of the men and weapons were the result of tips from residents in the neighborhood.
The national police seized a total of three assault rifles, two hand grenades, two pistols, bomb-making manuals and assorted materials. The six detainees are being held for further questioning.
