TransGaming Engages Boxe Studio International for Investor Relations


TORONTO, ONTARIO - (CCNMatthews - Nov. 20, 2006) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG)("TransGaming"), a leading developer of software portability products for the electronic entertainment industry, announced today that it has retained Boxe Studio Intl. Inc. to provide the company with strategic investor relations and financial communications services.

Jean-Francois Dube, founder of Boxe Studio, has extensive corporate communications and investor relations experience in Canada. TransGaming will pay Boxe a retainer fee of $4,000 monthly and 110,000 options, exercisable at $0.40. The agreement is for a period of 12 months.
