Crossfire War - TEHRAN WATCH - Western Europe Theatre: Tehran - Islamabad/London; MI5 Chief States Britain Investigating 30 Major Terrorist Plots Involving 1,600 People - 200 Terror Networks in Britain
Night Watch: LONDON - The head of Britain's MI5 counter-terrorism service Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller spoke at length recently at Queen Mary's College in London Thursday evening on the threat of Islamic terrorism confronting Britain today. "Today my officers and the police are working to contend with some 200 groupings or networks, totaling over 1,600 identified individuals who are actively engaged in plotting or facilitating terrorist acts here and overseas. These plots often have links to Al-Qaida in Pakistan and through these links Al-Qaida gives guidance and training to its largely British foot soldiers here on an extensive and growing scale." This is a follow up to recent news on the very real terrorist threat targeting London and Britain with non-conventional weaponry.[

The Islamic community Tehran is directing Al-Qaida's branch in Pakistan to use is mostly Pakistani since so many of them live in Britain and have a lot of contacts in their home country. Until Iran is attacked and the center of the planning defeated this threat will continue and engage in some successful attacks.
As crossfirewar.com has stated the reason Tehran is concentrating so much attention on Britain, who they refer to as the "old fox", is because of Britain's long histroy of being one of the leading European countries in the West's attempt to control West Asia ( Middle East). It is not just due to Britain's current occupation of Iraq and troop presence in Afghanistan.
