Crossfire War - TEHRAN WATCH - Persian Gulf Theatre: Tehran - Muscat/Washington - London - Paris - Canberra - Rome - Bahrain; Iran Tests Three New Missiles Targeting International Shipping - Allied Bases and Naval Forces - 'Great Prophet 2' Wargames
Night Watch: PERSIAN GULF - Tehran has increased its ability to attack Allied forces, who will attempt to intercept nuclear and ballistic weaponry Iran will attempt to continue to receive from China and its province of North Korea. Allied bases in the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman are now more easily within range as Reuters reports that on the second day of Iran's 'Great Prophet 2' wargames, state radio quoted a senior Revolutionary Guard commander Brigadier - General Fadavi who announced the testing of three new missiles: Kousar, Noor and Nasr. "The range of the missiles has been increased from 75 miles (120km) to 106 miles (170km). Definitely they cover the whole area of the Gulf and Gulf of Oman." The new missiles can also be used to attack international shipping, since controlling the economy of the Persian Gulf is one of Iran's and the Jihad's economic prioritites. Tehran will also use those attacks to increase the price of crude oil to cause an economic crisis throughout the industrialized world. [

All three missiles are either land-to-sea or sea-to-sea. These maneuvers are being held for 10 days, scheduled to end on November 12 and are taking place right after Washington led Allied maneuvers to practice intercepting the advanced weaponry Tehran intends to keep importing, something that the Allies should have been doing years ago. That of course would mean full scale war, something Allied governments had hoped, at all costs, could be avoided. But they now have to face that very near term, current prospect, since they are gradually realizing Tehran is targeting them, and their international prominence more than Iran is targeting Israel. Allied reluctance, fear, to realize that has enabled Tehran to have at least five more years of nuclear - ballistic production.
As a parallel development an Iranian military delegation is visiting Oman's capital Muscat and meeting with Oman Defense Minister Badr al-Busaidi. This is the fifth Joint Military Committee meeting Muscat-Tehran has held to expand what they call bilateral cooperation in "specialized fields". An indication of their specialized military cooperation is the Iranian delegation's meeting with the Oman Police Commander and Head of the Customs, General Malek al-Moamari. The result will be the training of Omani police in the use of Iranian military products. [IRNA]
Muscat - Tehran will be acting jointly and officially in actions against Allied shipping in both Gulfs.
