Night Watch: Flossmoor, Illinois - Crossfire War - Chronolgy of World War III 1994-2008 This is the title of a book in progress, by Willard Payne of www.crossfirewar.com. Payne's goal is to have the book almost complete by the end of this winter. A second volume is planned to cover the last year of fighting and the immediate years of the post-World War III world.
Preface
This book is an attempt to explain the decisions made by governments and their established institutions that led to the fighting. It is dedicated to those who want to know the truth about what really happened and why. Expect no official on any side to grant any interview, or statements from owners and members of private investment circles that directed their structure of decision making. This was not the war they intended and they are not what you will call truth oriented people. Their official statements, if any, will be treated with deserving criticism if they are worth noting at all.
The author is extremely grateful to the Empress Farah Pahlavi and her excellent account of events in Iran in her book, An Enduring Love, also to Iranian journalist and editor Amir Taheri for his definitive work on the life of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and the Iranian Revolution, The Spirit of Allah. The author is also grateful to the excellent chronicle of events provided by Britannica Encyclopedia Yearbooks. Credit should also be given to The New York Times, The Economist and to the news wire service Reuters and to Town and Country magazine, October 1980 issue that discussed the state treasury and crown jewels of Persia (Iran).
Above all the author is eternally grateful to the foundation of his analysis the Bible. This war against Iran is discussed in two chapters of the book of Daniel 8 and 11, in the last part of both chapters. The two chapters outline events that have happened to Persia (Iran) in chronological order. Late in both chapters this war, World War III is discussed and will happen just as the two chapters outline.
It is suggested to the reader that in order to research into details on the decisions made by governments, and the timing of them, you should seriously consider consulting the international affairs-analysis site, www.crossfirewar.com. Its current, latest up-to-date information, coupled with projections as to how the latest news event could continue to develop is an excellent parallel to the book.
The reason for the continued updating of the latest news is because the post-World War III world will by no means be a world at peace. The world would have entered an era of enlightened militarism, with virtually everyone saying they had won the war and with almost no end to industrial production for the military, especially not in Europe. Western Europe will be led by a Rome re-established as the leading administration center in Western Europe, replacing Brussels. Rome will also be the capital of its military alliance, NATO not having survived the war. The pagan-militaristic pageantry governments will display will be universally popular. But as a facade society will create a humane masque by staging an enormous show of worldwide religious acceptance of every major religion, culminating with an agreement that will allow Israel to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. For a more detailed discussion of the major conflicts after World War III the reader should consult chapters 38-39 in the book of Ezekiel in the Bible and also its book of Revelation.
I suspect that after the war against Iran ends fighting will shift further east in and around China, which is seriously fragmenting once again. Ulan Bator, Mongolia's capital will fill the vacuum Beijing will be leaving beginning with Inner Mongolia and Ulan Bator's doing so will not be peaceful. Moscow will be the flag leading the international community's response to the instability in the Sudan. As part of the peace agreements between Tehran-Moscow, which would have ended the war, Tehran will be reintroducing Russia to West Asia (Middle East) and to northeast Africa.
The interim period between the end of World War III and the next major series of conflicts, will be a parallel to the 1920's -30's, the 20 years between the First and Second World War, when during that interim there was a lot of fighting in and around the Soviet Union not to mention the wars of Italy and Japan during the 1930's. Though fighting on the Western front ended in 1918 there was so much fighting elsewhere afterwards that there are some historians, which actually state that from the time between the end of the First World War and official beginning of World War II, 1939, that the First World War did not really stop.
The reason why I do not consider the Cold War as a Third World War is because of the massive amount of economic cooperation between the Soviet Bloc and industry in the West. It was termed East-West Trade, East-West Industrial Cooperation and to readers of business news, throughout the Cold War 1945-90 it was no secret, just not the headline. The screaming, alarming headlines, in the name of the Cold War, were designed to cause fear and panic to justify industry's experimenting with the latest in weaponry.
This latest World War, against Iran, has actually ended a Second La Belle Epoque, 1954-94, a parallel time to the last forty years before the First World War, 1874-1914. Though one of the main fronts, South Asia-Jammu-Kashmir, became active in November 1989, signalling what will become the next major war between India/Pakistan, it was not until five years later that the other fronts were established in 1994; in the former Yugoslavia, with NATO's bombing campaign in Bosnia, in Chechnya, in the northern Caucasus and when Russian units on the Tajikistan-Afghanistan border announced they were on a frontline fighting Islamic fundamentalists. That same year Tehran, through Hezbollah, started a series of attacks against Israel.
When (f)allout fighting does begin please keep in mind that not all bombs and missiles are going to work. Some will miss and others will be duds, nothing works as well as advertised. There is no nuclear winter aftermath to this war and this is certainly not the end of civilization. Several years ago, during the late 1990's, CNN showed a stockpile of American nuclear warheads at some base somewhere out West. They were all rusty. Of the 28,000 nuclear warheads the Pentagon has at its disposal that is all that can be done with most of them. Even an ordinary bomb or shell can be a dud and they can also miss.
