Redknee Expands Partnership with Digicel into Pacific Region

TORONTO and SAMOA, November 1, 2006 - Redknee Inc., a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile users, today announced it is expanding its strategic partnership with Digicel Pacific Ltd., the fastest growing GSM mobile telecommunications company in the South Pacific and a sister company to Digicel Group in the Caribbean and Central America.

Digicel Samoa, the flagship operation for Digicel Pacific Ltd., which launched services today, will use the Redknee solutions to provide mobile users in Samoa with leading-edge wireless services and expand its current subscriber base. Digicel Pacific Ltd. also has a license to operate a GSM network in Papua New Guinea, and was granted a license in principal from the government of Fiji in April 2006, as well as an experimental license in the Solomon Islands.

Today, Digicel uses the Redknee Turnkey Converged Billing Solution, Enhanced Messaging Gateway, USSD Gateway and IP Charging Solution to provide mobile subscribers across Digicel's network of more than 20 markets in the Caribbean and Central America with innovative prepaid and postpaid services. Digicel will utilize the Redknee solutions to deliver unprecedented levels of service and coverage in the Pacific Region.
