Somerset Entertainment Receives Confirmation for Additional Locations With a Major Mass Merchant

Not for distribution in the United States or over United States Wire Service

Somerset Entertainment Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:SOM.UN) has received confirmation from one of its major customers to expand the Reflections program to 500 additional stores in the U.S.

Scheduled to ship in February 2007, the sidewing display will feature 24 music titles and will be the first Reflections display in these stores. Somerset's unique interactive displays offer the ability to hear 30-second samples of up to 4 tracks per album.
