David Garman to Discuss Wind Energy Policy Issues in Luverne, MN

Today, Tuesday, October 10, 2006, U.S. Department of Energy Under Secretary David Garman will join Congressman Gil Gutknecht (MN-1st) to discuss wind energy policy at a Roundtable Meeting in Luverne, MN. Under Secretary Garman is expected to discuss DOE's implementation of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 as well as President Bush's commitment to reducing our nation's reliance on foreign sources of energy, a major component of the President's Advanced Energy Initiative.
