Sec. of Energy and New Mexico Leadership to Highlight Solid State Lighting
On Thursday, October 5, 2006, U.S. Secretary of Energy Samuel W. Bodman will host a press conference with New Mexico Senators Pete Domenici and Jeff Bingaman and Congresswoman Heather Wilson (NM-1st) at DOE's Sandia National Laboratory to discuss Solid State Lighting and President Bush's Advanced Energy Initiative. Secretary Bodman is expected to discuss the importance of solid state lighting as well as the role alternative and renewable energy can play in our nation's energy, economic and national security.
