MONTREAL, QUEBEC - (CCNMatthews - Sept. 29, 2006) - Within the framework of Montreal Fashion Week, designers Eve Gravel, Dinh Ba, Valerie Dumaine and Eliane Guindon will be introducing their creations for the summer of 2007 at the Imperial Theatre located at 1432 Bleury in Montreal.
Eve Gravel
Tuesday, October 10, 6 p.m.
Now in her 8th season, Eve Gravel has refined her style, serving up a collection that combines a mix of hyper-feminine and boyish looks, reflected in slim pants, structured jackets and fitted Bermudas along with little cotton dresses and fanciful skirts.
Eliane Guindon
Thursday, October 12, 1 p.m.
For the first time, Eliane Guindon presents silky dresses providing the canvas on which the fruits of her creativity are painted or printed. Embroidered with pearls, her aquatic, floral and aerial motifs lend the silk an exotic quality that is further highlighted by elegant, feminine cuts.
Valerie Dumaine
Thursday, October 12, 5 p.m.
Valerie Dumaine's spring and summer collection for 2007 is an explosive mix of candour and elegance. This season, her styles are distinguished by belts, suspenders and buttons while black and white dominate a collection of dresses with a retro look enhanced by flashes of red, lilac and grey.
Dinh Ba design
Thursday, October 12, 7 p.m.
This season, Dinh Ba sweeps us away to the seaside and a world where delicate femininity and romanticism take on a cosmopolitan appeal with the exotic flavours and accents of Bali, Capri and Ibiza. Welcome to the garden of the Diva!
