Voxbone to Offer UK's first Inbound VoIP Service
High quality calls origination and global infrastructure at fixed monthly charge. No per-minute fees!
London September 07, 2006: British companies from today will be able to set up local access numbers in over 40 countries, in just 2 days, using the very latest in VoIP technology. The new service has been launched by Voxbone, Europe's first and largest provider of high quality VoIP origination services to businesses around the world. Voxbone's groundbreaking high quality DID (Direct Inbound Dialling) VoIP technology, allows companies to extend their reach globally at a fraction of the cost of setting up a traditional fixed line service.
An ever increasing range of companies across the globe are using country specific toll-free numbers to connect with customers, generate new business and receive inbound calls. Voxbone works with over 1100 active clients ranging from multinationals, carriers and ITSPs to call centres and calling card operators. Voxbone leases local and toll-free phone numbers from 40 countries to customers worldwide. It collects the calls to these numbers and forwards them directly towards the customer's equipment, anywhere in the world and over the internet. Continuously expanding, Voxbone charges a fixed monthly fee of roughly £7 per month per number and removes the time consuming element of coordinating individual contracts and local taxes.
According to Peter Gradwell, Managing Director of Gradwell dot com Limited: "We have businesses using our services across 70 countries. These companies call us through a local phone number provided by Voxbone and then over the internet Voxbone redirects these calls to our infrastructure in London's Telehouse Datacentre. This allowed us to avoid making a huge infrastructure investment in each country and having to manage the services individually. In addition, due to the high quality call services, we are able to retain and get a referral business from our clients."
Voxbone has revolutionised the industry by providing a less expensive alternative to traditional landline phones. Since September 2005, the company has experienced a month on month growth of 25%, which is due to its high quality services and transparent pricing model of charging fixed monthly fees per phone number, irrespective of its use.
Rodrigue Ullens, co-Founder & CEO of Voxbone says: "We have studied and analysed the UK market very closely and see huge growth potential. Our service has accrued 150% savings to our clients worldwide and has proven to be a mutually beneficial partnership. We are expecting to gain a substantial market share within the UK, in our first year of operations."
Businesses can now set up a VoIP network in 40 new countries in just two days. To do this, they simply sign up on the Voxbone web site, purchase the number on-line, and configure the phone number. This not only accelerates deployment without capital expense but also reduces the costs implication of doing business on a truly global scale.
