Another poignant anniversary takes place this week with the fifth anniversary of 9/11.
California Connected, in conjunction with the Annenberg School of Journalism at USC, looks at the concerns about civil liberties in the name of homeland security with the story of four brothers from Van Nuys.
Imprisoned for more than three years on the suspicion of terrorism, yet never being charged with any crime, the courts finally ordered them released.
California Connected also takes a hard look a homeland security five years after 911, and asks the question, "Are we safer now than we were five years ago?"
