Whats the possiblility of meeting an International Icon on a red eye flight from Denver to Sacramento and forming a deep bond?

Last fall, Orlando was returning from Denver where he had just completed one of his lectures on Beauty and Fashion, feeling exhausted after his hectic travel schedule, he found himself slowly walking down to the baggage claim. Along the way he started talking with some of the other weary late night travelers and before he knew it, he was asked to come backstage the following evening at Cache Creek Casino and be Liza's guest.

From their chance meeting, a friendship and camaraderie developed from two different worlds. Orlando escorted Minnelli to the Dennis Basso Fashion Collection last month in Manhattan, was her Beauty Butler for ther Detroit concert, held in the magestic Music Center last week and they they jetted off to Los Angeles the following afternoon.

Miss Minnelli was presented with the Julie Harris Lifetime Achievement Award from her peers for all her charitable contributions. The Actors Fund of America's 10th Annual Tony Awards Party was held at the Skirball Cultural Center.

Although the glitzy life of show biz does engage a different style of living, filled with excitment and awe, Orlando is always happy to return to Granite Bay. Home is where the heart is ....old chum.
