Loring Ward Second Quarter Results Conference Call

Robert P. Herrmann, Chief Executive Officer of Loring Ward International Ltd., invites you to join him in a conference call on Friday, August 25, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the Company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 to be released at or about 6:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 24, 2006.
