Stephen Johnson Joins OmniComm as Sr. VP of National Sales
OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: OMCM), one

that Stephen Johnson will join the company on September 4, 2006 in the
capacity of Sr. Vice President of National Sales.
Since 2000, Mr. Johnson has held the position of East Coast and Central US
Sales Manager for Oracle Corporation working within the Oracle Clinical
Applications Division. Prior to this Mr. Johnson held positions of
increasing responsibility with PHT Clinical Networks, Clinical Data
Solutions and Pfizer Inc.
