Prior year period results are those of Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. before it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company projects net income to grow 117% to approximately $3.10 million, or $0.10 per share, in the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006, from $1,377,484, or $0.04 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2005. Additionally, the Company anticipates realizing a growth in gross sales revenues of more than 50% for the combined third and fourth quarter of the year ending December 31, 2006. The total common shares outstanding used to calculate the per share amounts was 30.45 million for both the 2005 and 2006 periods.

The selection process encompassed the evaluation of the leaders of 15 industries ranging from retail to hospitality, who were reviewed in such areas as management oversight, financial management, and business performance.

Before the company's news was released, the stock closed on Wednesday at Eighty cents a share.
